Tuna Antipasto
  3 cans of tuna, drained
1/2 small bottle ketchup
  1 can tomato sauce
  2 carrots, slices
  1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
  2 to 3 dill pickles, chopped
  2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
Put oil in a pan and sauté the carrots in medium heat.  When they are golden
brown, add  the onion and the green pepper.  Cook for 2 minutes.  Add the dill pickles,
tomato sauce, ketchup, and tuna.  Cook in low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Delicious with Ritz crackers.
